Liver cake

Ingredients:

  • 450g Liver
  • 2 Eggs
  • 350g Self-raising flour
  • 100ml Milk

Method:

  • Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together
  • Blend the liver in a food processor
  • Add the egg mixture to the liver
  • Blend the flour in
  • Add milk slowly to make a runny paste
  • Empty into a greased baking tray at least 5cm deep
  • Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees (160 degrees fan) for 30 – 40 minutes
  • Allow to cool before cutting

The liver cake can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer
