Liver cake
Ingredients:
- 450g Liver
- 2 Eggs
- 350g Self-raising flour
- 100ml Milk
Method:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together
- Blend the liver in a food processor
- Add the egg mixture to the liver
- Blend the flour in
- Add milk slowly to make a runny paste
- Empty into a greased baking tray at least 5cm deep
- Cook in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees (160 degrees fan) for 30 – 40 minutes
- Allow to cool before cutting
The liver cake can be stored for up to 3 months in the freezer
